CANCELLATION POLICY POLITIQUE D'ANNULATION
Notice of cancellation or request for refund or substitution must be sent in writing to Jane Jiang at jjiang@chra-achru.ca. Cancellations received:
- Before March 27, 2021 – full refund of monies paid less $25 processing fee.
- Between March 26 and April 7, 2021 – 50% refund.
- After April 7, 2021 – NO REFUNDS.
Cancellations made after April 7, 2021 for unpaid registrations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for refund cheques to be processed. We do not offer partial refunds. Substitutions are allowed, space permitting.
